Team Dynamics and Intrinsic Motivation
Guides leaders, directors, and managers on how to manage their teams optimally. Participants will learn to motivate their teams to higher productivity and job satisfaction levels, communicate effectively and develop expert listening skills, and maximize team member buy-in and ownership. Other focus points will be on understanding hybrid team structures that leverage the developmental, skill, and diversity levels of team members, understanding the varying needs of team members, their seasons, and how to leverage these to motivate them, and accentuating and coaching the art of balancing micro-management and macro-management. Utilizing milestones, phase-gates, and continuous process improvement as team management and motivation tools are also reviewed in this team dynamics and motivation part of the course.

Measuring Productivity in Virtual Environments
Highlighting strategies for setting up productivity targets and tracking all team members as progress is made through assigned tasks. This training shows how to measure remote team members’ productivity without micro-management or de-motivation and addresses the phenomenon of collaboration between remote workers and their supervisors, especially during goal setting and task implementation.
