Efficiency In Virtual Administration & Operations

This coaching program (EVAO) focuses on the training needs of government agency and large corporate leaderships, managers, and field operators. It guides leaders on how to remotely give oversight and execute work processes in the Covid-19 and social distancing era.

Leaders and mid-level managers will learn how to accomplish more with less, especially with the reduction of efficient, ‘real’ work personnel.

They will master the art of sustaining, inspiring, and measuring the productivity of their staff members as they operate remotely. Finally, EVAO will train leaders and team members to be conversant with project management tools that will equip them to oversee field operators so they can keep working smart, fast, and very productively.

The program – “Efficiency In Virtual Administration & Operations” is built for organizations who will take advantage of group enrollments for their employees; the enrollment cost is therefore set for groups of twenty-five (25) enrollees at $50.00 per participant.
