KDEL Organizational Turnaround Programs

The objective of these programs is to reverse, revitalize, and enhance the financial, productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee retention fortunes of struggling corporate entities globally.

To improve your share of the market, get more out of your people, exceed your clients’ expectations, and make more money while retaining your best team members, these programs will span 12 months and 24 months respectively, depending on the complexity of the downturn, the turnarounds budget of your organization, and the extent to which the organization wants to embed these new methodologies into their culture.

12-Month Corporate Turnaround Program

As the name portends, this turnaround program will span 12 months, with an extra month for initial planning sessions with the leadership of the organization. The program will include 4 meetings per month, the first two meetings being collaborative meetings with the organizational leadership and the human resource/training department respectively; curriculum building and unique problem targeting will take place during these first two meetings, every month. The next two meetings will be training, coaching, and mentoring meetings with mid-levels and frontline team members; the focus will be on utilizing ‘live’ problems as demonstrations, and indoctrinating participants on how to leverage any techniques taught therein to maintain the revitalization of their departments and the entire organization.

The time commitment for the meetings will be four hours per month, or a total of 48 hours for the year, with the breakdown as follows:

Curriculum Development Session With Training/HR Department – 45 Minutes

Process-Oriented Training Session I With Team Leads & Frontliners – 75 Minutes

Process-Oriented Training Session II With Team Leads & Frontliners – 75 Minutes

24-Month Corporate Turnaround Program

As the name portends, this turnaround program will span 24 months, again with an extra month for initial planning sessions with the leadership of the organization.
