This topmost-level leadership course is targeted at the policy-making and directing cadre of your organization; the focus will be on brushing up their ethical, transactional, and skills approaches to leadership. Leveraging these leadership styles empowers them to make and implement decisions for their rank and file, that are fair, equitable, valuable, and that take the unique skills and aptitudes of different subordinates into consideration.

In continuation of the precepts outlined in LD 401, this course will remind the policy-making and directing cadre of your organization of the considerations they should always bear in mind as they formulate policy, disseminate information, and inspire their organizations to greater productivity and efficiency levels. The focus will therefore be in the areas of leadership ethics, servant leadership, transformational leadership, and situational leadership.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
