This topmost-level conflict resolution course is targeted at the policy-making and directing cadre of your organization; the focus will be on managing conflict through large-group methods, and understanding how the PSDM model of conflict resolution works. Leveraging these conflict resolution styles helps with pre-emptive, fair, and equitable interventions in intra-group conflict, while serving as a demonstrative model for the upcoming top-level leadership cadre.
Conflict Resolution 402
In continuation of the precepts outlined in CRS 401, this course will remind the policy-making and directing cadre of your organization of the considerations they should always bear in mind as they preemptively formulate and implement conflict management policy. The focus will therefore be in the areas of inter-group conflict, the PSDM model of conflict resolution, and conflict emanating from change: motivation, resistance, & commitment.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
