Conflict Resolution 302

In continuation of the precepts outlined in CRS 301, this course will demonstrate how senior operatives and team leaders can leverage conflict resolution knowledge and techniques such as creativity in conflict outcomes, as well as small-group conflict resolution insights to control seemingly intractable conflicts, especially in matters of faith: religion, culture, language, and past experiences.

Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
