Communications 302
In continuation of the precepts outlined in COMM 301, this course will demonstrate how senior operatives and team leaders should leverage core communications tools such as creativity, technology, and collaboration amongst diverse and virtual groups to achieve effective communications during interpersonal, group, and productive conflict. The course will be rounded off with communicating about change, and tips for effective communications.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
