Management 201
A guide to experienced field leaders’ and mentors’ core management practices. This course will teach mid-level managers and mentors about the existence of professional employees, and how to instruct them through their journeys from professional employee to supervisor.
Management 202
In continuation of the precepts outlined in MGT 201, this course will demonstrate how mentors and instructors can support professional employees as they make their transition to effective supervisors. It will detail some action plans required for developing managers. The emphasis will be on training the trainer, and equipping them with the requisite management skills they need for empowering less experienced team members.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
