This one-month duration, 4-session virtual coaching program will guide leaders, directors, and managers on how to manage their teams optimally.
They will learn how to motivate their teams to higher productivity and job satisfaction levels, how to communicate effectively and develop expert listening skills, and how to obtain team member buy-in and ownership. Some emphases will be placed on their understanding of hybrid team structures that leverage the developmental, skill, and diversity levels of team members, and understanding the varying needs of team members, their seasons, and how to leverage these to motivate them, while accentuating and coaching the art of balancing micro-management and macro-management.
Finally, leaders will learn how to utilize milestones, phase-gates, and continuous process improvement as team management and motivation tools.
