PMP Certification Fast-Track
This 9-week, 17-meeting coaching program, spanning less than 70 days, will guide you through the intricacies of the knowledge areas, processes, tools, and techniques of project management. You will leverage your knowledge about work breakdown structures (WBS), network diagramming and analysis, the critical path method (CPM), and the Gantt chart to prepare for the PMP certification examinations.
This PMP roadmap and training prepares you to obtain your Project Management Professional (PMP) in about two months, specifically guiding you through meeting the PMP entry requirements with regards to demonstrable hours of experience, exam prep resources, scheduling and staging for the exams, and mentally preparing you with successful exam-taking techniques.
Program Focus:
§ Familiarize participants with fundamental project management process areas, knowledge areas, processes, techniques, and mindsets.
§ Guide participants to achieve five years’ worth of project management work within two months; a major eligibility requirement for the PMP exam.
§ Prepare participants to document their project management experience with PMI, which is required for eligibility to register for the PMP exam.
§ Twice-Weekly ‘live’ 1.5-hour to 3-hour long virtual coaching sessions for nine weeks
§ PMP Simulation Exam Prep during the last 2 weeks of the program.
§ Course Materials (videos, PDFs, and ‘live’ instruction) are based on: “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) – 5th & 8th Editions”.
§ Accountability to sit for the PMP Exam within 4 weeks of course end.
The individual meetings will occur twice a week via Zoom, and this cohort begins on July 8th, 2026 and ends on September 2nd, 2026.
