12-Month Corporate Turnaround Program

A year-long engagement to re-align teams, re-energize leaders, and restore performance.

This 12-month program includes an additional month for upfront discovery and planning. Over the course of the year, your organization will engage in four intentional touchpoints each month — combining strategic planning, curriculum design, and hands-on coaching to embed real change from the inside out.

Monthly Structure (4 hours per month; 48 hours yearly total):

Strategic Planning with Executive Leadership – 45 minutes
Aligning vision, priorities, and program focus

Curriculum & Integration with HR/Training – 45 minutes
Collaborating on tools, timelines, and delivery

Training + Coaching Session I (Team Leads + Frontline) – 75 minutes
Problem-solving through real scenarios

Training + Coaching Session II (Team Leads + Frontline) – 75 minutes
Practicing new frameworks, building capability

The time commitment for the meetings will be four hours per month, or a total of 48 hours for the year, with the breakdown as follows:

24-Month Corporate Turnaround Program

As the name portends, this turnaround program will span 24 months, again with an extra month for initial planning sessions with the leadership of the organization. The program will include 4 meetings per month, the first two meetings being collaborative meetings with the organizational leadership and the human resource/training department respectively; curriculum building and unique problem targeting will take place during these first two meetings, every month. The next two meetings will be training, coaching, and mentoring meetings with mid-levels and frontline team members; again, the focus will be on utilizing ‘live’ problems as demonstrations, and indoctrinating participants on how to leverage any techniques taught therein to maintain the revitalization of their departments and the entire organization.

The time commitment for the meetings will be four hours per month, or a total of 96 hours for the two years, with the breakdown as follows:
