The PMO Setup & Training program is a 10-module, asynchronous, do-it-yourself coaching program that will mentor your leadership, managers, and project leads on how to set up and manage a central project management office (PMO).

You can learn as a group, individually, and/or remotely. The training will describe the duties of your organization’s portfolio, program, and project managers, and will train your selected officers on how to man the various positions.

The program will introduce choice project management software to participants; specifically, Concept Draw Office and MS Project will be used to demonstrate project planning, execution, monitoring, and control in virtual, remote settings.

The program will introduce project management tools such as brainstorming, mind-mapping, work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, network analyses, critical paths, slacks, and resource leveling.

At the end of this training, your organization will be more streamlined, and profit margins will be higher due to increased efficiencies in time and money, and reduced wastages in human and technological resources.
