This topmost-level strategic management course is targeted at the policy-making and directing cadre of your organization; the strategic focus will be on review and evaluation of strategy. This training will be broken down into an understanding of: the process of evaluating strategies, tools and techniques for evaluating strategies (the balanced scorecard), and contingency planning.
Strategy 402
In continuation of the precepts outlined in STGY 401, this course will remind top-level organizational policy and decision makers the impact their strategic formulation and management styles will have on the entire organization. It will re-visit how they can leverage control of strategy and their knowledge of the guidelines for effective strategic management to tackle their organizational challenges in the 21st-century virtual operations environment.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
