This topmost-level management course is targeted at the policy-making and directing cadre of your organization; the basic functionalities of program and portfolio management will be introduced here. Furthermore, top-level management will be coached on the need to focus on economic and community-based dimensions as they make today’s decisions for tomorrow’s results.
Management 402
In continuation of the precepts outlined in MGT 401, this course will remind the policy-making and directing cadre of your organization of the considerations they should always bear in mind as they direct their organizational fortunes. The focus will therefore be on inculcating the mindset of tomorrow’s manager, today, and on the long-term value in utilitarian and future-thinking decision-making.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
