Strategy 301
A guide for your organization’s top management executors; those that form a bridge between top policy-making leaders and field leaders. The emphases will be on understanding the team leader’s vision and consequent strategy, and analyses and choice of strategy through the use of the SWOT Matrix, the BCG Matrix, and the Grand Strategy Matrix.
Strategy 302
In continuation of the precepts outlined in STGY 301, this course will demonstrate how senior operatives and team leaders can harness their knowledge of implementation strategies in the areas of cultural and political aspects of strategy analysis and choice, strategic finance, R&D, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to make valuable decisions for their organization’s long-term benefits.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
