Level 2 Leadership

Leadership 201

A guide to experienced field leaders’ and mentors’ core leadership practices. This course will teach mid-level managers and mentors how to leverage the following leadership principles to train their team members: leader-member exchange theory, behavioral leadership, team leadership, and adaptive leadership.

Leadership 202

In continuation of the precepts outlined in LD 201, this course will demonstrate how mentors and instructors can typify mature leadership skills by dealing with the merits of leader-member exchange theory, behavioral, team, and adaptive leadership styles. The emphasis will be on training the trainer, and equipping them with the skills needed to empower their interns and less experienced team members.

Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
