An overview of foundational communications concepts – the basics of human communications, and the human communications process as they impact the intern and new employee within organizations and agencies.
Communications 102
A continuation of a high-level study of foundational communications concepts; this course will deal with the concepts of organizational communications (process, people, messages, meaning, and purpose), and foundational tips for effective communications.
Instruction for both courses will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and online methods, and tailored to organizational course-length requirements.
